Project Overview
Boaz Construction completed a full interior buildout for Moonlight Baking Company, a from-scratch artisan bakery nestled within the Milky Way Complex in Indianapolis’s Avondale Meadows neighborhood. The project transformed raw commercial space into a warm, inviting bakery featuring custom millwork, specialized ventilation for commercial baking operations, and a welcoming retail storefront.
Born from a passion for the craft, Moonlight Baking Company offers handmade breads, pastries, and croissants made with high-quality ingredients. The buildout required careful coordination of commercial kitchen infrastructure — including heavy-duty electrical for ovens and mixers, plumbing for prep stations, and food-safe finishes throughout. The result is a thoughtfully designed space where the community can enjoy fresh-baked goods made with care.
