Project Overview
Boaz Construction revitalized a 75,000 square foot mixed-use industrial building, formerly the Roberts Dairy HQ, in Indianapolis’s Avondale Meadows neighborhood. The comprehensive project reshaped the building from an obsolete warehouse into the vibrant Milky Way Complex, a bustling business with several significant long term leases. This transformation included
reprogramming the floor plan, redesigning interior corridors and exterior entrances, updating overhead doors and roofing, and modernizing utilities with clean 3 phase power, showcasing a standout example of redevelopment. The building is now home to over 55 businesses and tenants.
