Project Overview
Boaz Construction is currently developing a new dental and orthodontic clinic in Zionsville, Indiana. The ground-up commercial build features a modern mixed-use design with a brick and panel facade, large storefront windows, and dedicated signage for multiple healthcare tenants.
The project encompasses full site development, structural build, and interior buildout tailored to the specialized needs of dental and orthodontic practices — including treatment rooms, imaging suites, sterilization areas, and patient-facing reception spaces. Construction is currently underway with completion in 2026.
