Boaz Construction is proud to unveil the transformation of a 1,500+ square foot former locker room within the innovative Milky Way Complex, part of the redevelopment of the historic Old Roberts Dairy HQ & Warehouse. This remodel skillfully preserves the raw, industrial aesthetic of the space while incorporating modern amenities.
Key enhancements include the addition of two skylights, which not only brighten the space but also support a lush environment for plant life, aligning with our client’s passion for greenery. Modifications to the entryway have also been made to comply with ADA standards and life safety requirements. This revitalized space, now flooded with natural light, offers a vibrant and welcoming environment for all proprietors to enjoy.
