Boaz Construction is actively repositioning a 16,000 square foot Art Deco era limestone facade building in the Butler Tarkington neighborhood of Indianapolis, IN, previously the Hiser Ford Car Dealership. This ambitious project includes extensive site work, a new storefront, clean 3 phase
power, completely overhauled utilities and MEP systems, and two floors dedicated to ACE Hardware retail space. A unique feature of this redevelopment is an interior spiral slide designed for the enjoyment of kids and families, alongside an outdoor garden center, blending retail convenience with community engagement.
